Senior AI Artist / Producer

Frame Arc is an AI-native production studio and one of the fastest-growing AI production vendors in the West for micro dramas. Our clients include Holywater, Shorts, His Royal Highness (Al Saud), and Costco.

We do not experiment with AI. We use it to deliver premium-quality work on real client deadlines.

We are hiring 2 Senior AI Artists / Producers.

LOCATION: India (remote) IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: Fluent English

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

You take projects from script to final delivery: - Script interpretation and shot breakdowns - Storyboarding - Building and running the AI production pipeline - Editing and finishing - Client reviews and feedback - Mentoring junior artists

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Generalists. People with great taste and high-level execution across the whole production pipeline — storyboarding, AI video generation, editing, sound design, and colour grading.

You will be in front of international clients, so fluent English is essential — not a nice-to-have.

We will not tell you how to do the job. We will tell you the bar and trust you to clear it.

COMPENSATION

~₹95,000 per month Full-time, fully remote Location: India

OUR HIRING PROCESS

We keep our hiring process transparent, including the parts that are a real ask.

1. We review every portfolio and reel submitted. 2. Selected candidates are invited for a short introductory call. 3. Shortlisted candidates complete a 7-day trial to demonstrate their execution skills using our production pipeline. This trial is unpaid, and the work is a practice brief — it is not delivered to clients. We tell you this upfront so you can decide before you invest the time. 4. Candidates who successfully complete the trial receive a full-time offer.

• Fluent English, spoken and written — you will run client reviews directly
• Minimum 5 years in filmmaking, editing, VFX, motion graphics, or creative direction
• Deeply familiar with modular AI workflows
• High-level proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong production taste and execution across the full pipeline
• Experience using AI inside real production environments, not just experiments
• Ability to independently deliver high-quality work under premium client expectations
• Leadership presence — junior artists should learn faster because you are around
• Willing to complete an unpaid 7-day trial brief on our pipeline
• A showreel that proves taste. We review every link.

• 3D expertise
• Sound design and colour grading depth
• ComfyUI fluency / custom node work
• Microdrama or short-form serial credits
• Experience running a studio team or in-house creative pod
