Frame Arc is an AI-native production studio and one of the fastest-growing AI production vendors in the West for micro dramas. Our clients include Holywater, Shorts, His Royal Highness (Al Saud), and Costco.
We are hiring 6 Junior AI Artists.
LOCATION: India (remote) IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: Fluent English
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This is not a role about prompts. It is a role about making finished work that ships to clients.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Generalists. People with great taste and high-level execution across the production pipeline — storyboarding, AI video generation, editing, sound design, and colour grading.
Fluent English is essential. You will be writing prompts, reading briefs, and taking direction in English every day.
You will be given real work, real feedback, and real room to level up.

OUR HIRING PROCESS

1. We review every portfolio and reel submitted. 2. Selected candidates are invited for a short introductory call. 3. Shortlisted candidates complete a 7-day trial to demonstrate their execution skills using our production pipeline. This trial is unpaid, and the work is a practice brief — it is not delivered to clients. We tell you this upfront so you can decide before you invest the time. 4. Candidates who successfully complete the trial receive a full-time offer.
