Junior AI Artist

For artists and editors with strong creative fundamentals who want to grow inside an AI-first production studio.

You will work across storyboards, AI-assisted generation, editing, visual cleanup, shot improvement, motion, and finishing. You will be given real work, real feedback, and real room to level up.

This is not a role about prompts. It is a role about making finished work that ships to clients.

Compensation: $500 / month Type: Full-time, Remote Location: Global — focus on India and Pakistan

• 2+ years in editing, filmmaking, VFX, motion graphics, 3D, or content production
• Strong understanding of editing, pacing, framing, composition, and storytelling
• Hands-on experience with current AI creative tools
• Ability to follow creative direction and improve output through feedback
• Good visual taste and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn fast inside a high-standard environment
• A reel that proves visual taste — even if it is not yet AI-native

• ComfyUI fluency
• Editorial or sound sense
• Strong English writing — you will be writing prompts every day
• Microdrama or short-form serial experience
