We are hiring a Junior Sound Engineer. We need someone who can start immediately.

This is not a role about plugins. It is a role about making episodes sound finished.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You do not need a decade of credits. You need a good ear, speed, and the discipline to hit a delivery deadline without being chased.
You will be cutting to picture on short turnarounds, taking notes in English every day, and working alongside our AI artists rather than downstream of them.

OUR HIRING PROCESS
We keep our hiring process transparent, including the parts that are a real ask.
1. We review every reel and audio sample submitted. Send work we can listen to. 2. Selected candidates are invited for a short introductory call. 3. Trial is a single 8-hour day: mix one scene and show us what you can do. One day, not a week. It is unpaid, and it is a practice brief that is not delivered to clients. 4. Candidates who clear the trial receive a full-time offer.
