By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw the Site (in whole or part) at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the Site will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, audio, designs, showreels, reels, case studies, layouts, and code (“Content”), is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may:
- view the Site and Content for your personal or internal business use; and
- download/print a reasonable number of pages for that purpose.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or exploit any Content;
- remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or
- use our Content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve any AI system, model, or dataset (including via scraping), except where we expressly agree in writing.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Site unlawfully or in breach of any applicable regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, servers, or networks;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Site (including by introducing malware, spyware, or harmful code);
- scrape, harvest, crawl, or use bots/automated tools to extract data or Content (except standard search engine crawling); or
- upload or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, misleading, or infringes another person's rights.
We may suspend or block your access if we believe you have breached these Terms.
6. Enquiries, pitches, and submissions
If you contact us or submit information via the Site (e.g., project briefs, decks, scripts, reference images, footage, or other materials), you:
- confirm you have the right to share it with us; and
- grant us a limited licence to use it solely to respond to your enquiry and assess/quote for your project.
Do not send confidential information via the Site unless we have agreed in writing to receive it (for example under an NDA). Email is not guaranteed secure.
7. Third-party tools, platforms, and links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability. Your use of third-party sites/tools is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Where we refer to third-party AI/video tools, software, or platforms, those references are for general information only and do not constitute endorsement or guarantees.
8. No reliance / informational content
The Site and Content are provided for general information and marketing purposes. You should not rely on anything on the Site as professional advice or as forming any contract. Any project engagement, deliverables, fees, timelines, IP ownership, and usage rights are agreed only in a separate written agreement (or accepted written proposal/SOW).
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and representations (express or implied), including as to accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
Because AI-assisted workflows can involve third-party platforms and probabilistic outputs, we do not guarantee that any example visuals, concepts, or descriptions shown on the Site will be available, repeatable, or achievable in exactly the same way for any future project.
Fan-made / unofficial Content disclaimer
Some Content displayed on the Site may be fan-made, speculative, or unofficial creative work inspired by or referencing well-known third-party properties (including, by way of example only, The Witcher and Batman, and other similar works).
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such Content is:
- • created for portfolio / demonstration / commentary purposes only;
- • not authorised, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by, and not affiliated with, the relevant rights holders; and
- • not represented as official content.
All third-party names, logos, characters, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Any fan-made or unofficial Content is provided for illustrative purposes only, and we make no representations that such Content is cleared for commercial use or that it does not infringe third-party rights.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses; and
- we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for claims, losses, or disputes arising from a user’s reliance on, sharing of, or use of any fan-made or unofficial Content, including any allegations relating to third-party intellectual property rights.
If we are liable to you for any reason relating to the Site, our total liability will be limited to £100.
