Accountant

Frame Arc is an AI-native studio creating cinematic content for brands, campaigns, and microdrama. As we scale, we need an accountant who can keep our finances disciplined without slowing the studio down.

This is a part-time, fully remote role with a light weekly load — but the work matters. We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and fluent in UK accounting practices.

You will own day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly reconciliation, invoicing support, and keep us compliant with HMRC and Companies House. There may be scope to support related entities in the group.

Compensation: $200 / day, approximately 1 day a week Type: Part-time, Remote Location: Global

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, AAT, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Strong working knowledge of the UK accounting system — HMRC filings, VAT, Companies House, PAYE basics
• Experience with cloud accounting tools (Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, or similar)
• Comfortable working independently with light supervision
• Clear written English
• Reliable, organized, and on top of deadlines

• Experience working with creative agencies, studios, or media companies
• Familiarity with cross-border invoicing (UK ↔ India / Pakistan / EU)
• Payroll experience
• Working knowledge of R&D tax credits or creative industry tax reliefs
